Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations may not be accommodated once accepted.
All purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale unless explicitly approved by Labelshop.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. All prices on the website include 5% UAE VAT, where applicable. Payment must be provided in full at the time of purchase. You agree that all payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon transfer of the product to the shipping carrier.
Order cut-off: Orders placed before [6 pm] on business days will be processed the same day; orders after this time will be processed the next business day.
6. Returns and Refunds
UAE consumers may return products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.
Certain products may not be eligible for returns, as specified in our Refund Policy . Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, text, and materials on the Services are the property of Labelshop, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. Labelshop is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Labelshop. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, including product quality, delivery, or transactions.

All personal information collected is governed by our Privacy Policy  and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Data may be processed in the UAE or abroad to provide and improve Services.
11. Feedback
Any feedback you provide grants Labelshop a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your feedback for any purpose. You must ensure you have rights to the feedback and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
12. Errors and Omissions
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. Orders may be updated or canceled if discrepancies occur.
13. Prohibited Uses

    Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
